Zeki Passed Away

I believe that this will be the hardest e-mail I have to write. I can not even bring the words to my head or even to this keyboard. Yesterday,, March 31st we experienced the most devastating thing a person can ever go through. Baby Zeki died yesterday morning and grief and sorrow have overwhelmed my soul. We are not sure what the cause of death was. I laid him down for his usual morning nap. He was happy, content and had just finished a bottle. I gave him his pacifier, patted him and waited for him to fall asleep. About an hour later Shandice went in the room and he was lifeless. I performed CPR on him, but was not successful. We drove into town and took him to the hospital but they also could do nothing.
PLEASE pray for us right now. We are so grieved. We loved this baby as if he was our own. He was precious, happy and a joy to our lives. We can not even begin to tell you the thoughts and questions that are running through our heads.
