Road trip update
October 20, 2009 – 3:49 amJust wanted to give you a quick update on how things are going on the road trip. I am currently in Scranton, PA about 2 hours away from Jervis. Tomorrow his family will have to let the doctors know if they want his sister to stay in the hospital or go home to pass away. They can’t do anything else for her medically, so it’s now a matter of time. You know it’s amazing to see even in the midst of difficult things the Lord is in it all. It has been such a blessing for Jervis’ parents to be able to have almost all their kids together for the first time in over 15 years. God has given them such sweet times and even though they are all so sad about Camille, they all feel so blessed to have had this time together as a family.
Thank you for your prayers and I will keep you posted.
P.S. I did fine sharing at the church, thanks to God’s grace. And my friend Janna flew in from Pennsylvania to drive with me, so God worked it all out!

They say dieing is part of life but I never found it easy. May you be comforted by The Holy Spirit and be able to comfort others. I will be praying for you all. May the grace of God raise you up and pull you through these tough times.
