Good News!

Entering the US with two children that are not American can serve to be quite a challenge here in Belize! First of all to get a US visa we have to travel to the capital which is three hours away, then if they give you one you have to pick it up the next day at 3:30pm. So a few weeks ago we pack up the family, drive to our appointment, both babies throw up all over the car, we get denied the visa and sent back home. We drive back home, call and visit all kinds of government officials, call the Embassy, and set another appointment praying that we would be granted their visas. We pack up the car again, drive to the appointment, Christina throws up all over the car (neither baby ever throws up, so why this is happening????), go to the appointment, get yelled at, get denied by the same lady, throw a fit, talk to someone else and then Jesus shows up The US consulate was about to turn us away and then all of a sudden he changes his mind and says that we can take them!!!!! PRAISE JESUS!!!!! I was so excited and I realized you know what when God is in something, it doesn’t matter who is for you or against you, it doesn’t matter what the law says or the circumstances, nothing can stop the hand of God from making it happen.

What a mighty God we serve! So our trip is a go, everything is working out and we are so excited to see what the Lord has planned for this time.
